Would I have ever imagined being here writing about this project? No

Would I have ever imagined participating in an artivism performance? No

Would I have ever imagined getting Xs tattooed on me? No

Would I have ever imagined having 121 Xs tattooed on my skin? No

Would I have ever imagined wearing 121 X tattooed that start from the index finger of my hand, go up my arm, cross my shoulder and neck and reach my head? No

I did it? Yes!

I believe that all my experience can be contained within this last answer.

I met Alfredo thanks to a dear friend, Silvia Del Grosso, who allowed one of the artivism events promoted by Alfredo and Massimo to take place in her atelier, Semi.

In this circumstance I found myself a little by chance, during a period of inner growth, working on myself and looking for a place to place myself in the world.

The energy transmitted by Alfredo fills and creates a sense of community in all the people around him. When he asked me if I would like to wear such an important piece, I didn't hesitate for a second, I immediately replied "yes".

I got a tattoo of 121 Xs that start from my hand and reach up to my mind.

I got tattooed in two areas, the hand and the neck, where I never thought I'd wear a tattoo.

I got a tattoo in the shop window at Semi, in a place visible to anyone passing through the center of Chiavenna, inviting people to enter the atelier, to observe what was happening, to ask, to discover.

I met incredible people and all together we became bearers of a message and celebrated until late in the evening.

I had an experience that I will always carry with me, an experience that I do not want to forget, an experience that cannot be forgotten.

If you had asked me a month ago if I would have ever imagined all this, I would have replied that no, I would never have imagined it.

But it happened, I did it and now I can tell about it.

Mi sarei mai immaginata di partecipare ad una performance di artivismo? No

Mi sarei mai immaginata di tatuarmi delle X addosso? No

Mi sarei mai immaginata di avere sulla pelle 121 X tatuate? No

Mi sarei mai immaginata di portare 121 X tatuate che partono dal dito indice della mia mano, salgono lungo il braccio, attraversano spalla e collo e raggiungono la mia testa? No

L’ho fatto? Si

Credo che tutta la mia esperienza possa essere racchiusa all’interno di quest’ultima risposta.

Ho conosciuto Alfredo grazie ad una cara amica, Silvia Del Grosso, la quale ha permesso che nel suo atelier, Semi, si consumasse uno degli eventi di artivismo promossi da Alfredo e Massimo.

In questa circostanza mi ci sono trovata un po' per caso, durante un periodo di crescita interiore, di lavoro sulla mia persona e di ricerca di un luogo in cui collocarmi nel mondo.

L’energia trasmessa da Alfredo riempie e crea un senso di comunità in tutte le persone che lo circondano. Quando mi ha chiesto se mi andasse di portare addosso un pezzo così importante non ho esitato un secondo, ho risposto subito “si”.

Mi sono fatta tatuare 121 X che partono dalla mia mano e arrivano fino alla mia mente.

Mi sono fatta tatuare in due zone, la mano e il collo, in cui mai avrei pensato di portare un tatuaggio.

Mi sono fatta tatuare in vetrina da Semi, in un luogo visibile da chiunque passasse per il centro di Chiavenna, invitando le persone ad entrare in atelier, ad osservare ciò che stava succedendo, a chiedere, a scoprire.

Ho conosciuto persone incredibili e tutti insieme siamo diventati portatori di un messaggio e abbiamo festeggiato fino a tarda sera.

Ho vissuto un’esperienza che porterò per sempre con me, un’esperienza che non voglio dimenticare, un’esperienza che non si può dimenticare.

Se un mese fa mi aveste chiesto se mi sarei mai immaginata tutto questo vi avrei risposto che no, non me lo sarei mai immaginata.

Però è successo, l’ho fatto e ora lo posso raccontare.
