Se durante una tappa di IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE dovessimo conoscere, tatuare e ritrarre una persona soltanto, quella tappa sarebbe comunque un successo. Perché ogni piccola X conta.

Perché la vostra motivazione nel tatuarvi, spesso per la prima volta, nel percorrere centinaia di chilometri per incontrarci, nel portare per sempre questo simbolo di ingiustizia e di speranza, è per noi preziosissima.

Poi arrivano tappe come quella di sabato scorso ad Arezzo, ad El Rana Tattoo Shop, dove a tutto ciò si aggiunge un pizzico di magia. Impossibile tradurla in parole, per non alterarla, per non essere invadenti, per rispettare tutte le sensibilità di tutte le persone presenti. Vogliamo però condividere con voi queste fotografie, in attesa di pubblicare nella gallery i dittici di Massimo.

Per noi resteranno a ricordare un sabato davvero speciale.

If during a stage of IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE we had to get to know, tattoo and portray only one person, that stage would still be a success. Because every little X counts.

Because your motivation in getting tattooed, often for the first time, in traveling hundreds of kilometers to meet us, in carrying this symbol of injustice and hope forever, is invaluable to us.

Then come stage like the one of last Saturday in Arezzo, at El Rana Tattoo Shop, where a pinch of magic is added to all the above. Impossible to translate it into words, not to alter it, not to be intrusive, to respect all the sensitivities of all the people present. However, we want to share these photographs with you (waiting to publish Massimo's diptychs in the gallery).

For us they will remain to remember a very special Saturday.
